At Tacko Design Click, client satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality services tailored to your needs. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Before Project Completion:
    • If a client is not satisfied with the progress or quality of the work, they may request a refund before the project is marked as completed.
  • After Project Completion:
    • Once the project is completed and the client has approved the final deliverables, refunds are no longer eligible.

2. Conditions for Refunds

  • Refunds will only be considered if:
    • The client communicates dissatisfaction during the project timeline.
    • The issues raised are within the agreed project scope and remain unresolved after multiple revisions.
    • The client has not approved the final deliverables.
  • Refunds will not be provided if:
    • The project is completed and approved by the client.
    • The client requests changes or revisions outside the original project scope.
    • The request is made after 3 days from project completion.

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, clients must contact us at tackodesignclick@gmail.com with the project details and reason for dissatisfaction.
  • We will review the request and respond within 1 Day.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 Business Days.

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where partial work has been delivered and utilized by the client, a partial refund may be issued based on the scope of work completed.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully completed and approved by the client.
  • Payments made for revisions or additional requests outside the original scope.
  • Delays or dissatisfaction caused by incomplete or unclear client instructions.

6. Changes to This Policy

Tacko Design Click reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
